I could not agree with you more - one of the features of these cases is how parents are kept isolated from each other by the very civil servants that should be actively assisting them - I strongly believe that it will only when there are enough parents banding together that a voice will be heard but until then we are problems that need administrative disposal rather than actually having the terrible situations our children face dealt with properly.
